Danielle Kielpikowski is a Realtor with Smith & Associates Real Estate serving Tampa, Seminole Heights, St. Petersburg, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County. She specializes in luxury homes, new construction, off-market properties, and buildable lots, bringing extensive experience to buyers and sellers throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Before joining Smith & Associates, Danielle closed more than 300 new construction homes while working with a national builder. She sold 17 homes in one month and has represented luxury transactions up to $2.375 million. Her background in marketing, combined with a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a graphic design certificate, gives her a thoughtful approach to marketing homes and evaluating opportunities for her clients.
Danielle is known for being highly communicative, accessible, and committed to understanding what each client is looking for before offering guidance. She provides both in-person and video home tours, making the buying process convenient whether clients are local or relocating. Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for more than a decade, she enjoys helping clients understand the unique character of neighborhoods throughout Tampa and St. Petersburg.
When she's not working, Danielle volunteers with the Children's Cancer Center and spends time with her dog, Willa, and cat, Archie.
